@Pharmacy2U I’ve been trying to contact someone about my order. My doctor has put in my script, but I haven’t got an email through yet. He’s also done a set of 4 weekly scripts for the next month & I wondered if you had received them. I need my meds by Friday each week.

@Pharmacy2U hi, I still haven’t rec’d medication that was sent Tuesday. I’ve had a survey from you about my experience but nobody has attempted delivery yet. Normally it’s pretty quick. I’m concerned it won’t arrive and I’ve already run out and I go away on Monday.

@Pharmacy2U Hi, I have emailed about this before but the problem did not get resolved. I am still getting text and email reminders even though i have turned them off in the app. they are not even synced up to my medication properly so are useless.

@dabbitdabbit Good Afternoon, please accept my apologies for the delayed response. You're welcome to request your medication through your surgery if you prefer. As we would be your nominated dispenser, your prescriptions would simply be sent to us electronically once approved. Josh
@Pharmacy2U I waited humbly for your reply, but nothing came. So my decision is made based on this experience. If I had an issue with my delivery, I now know its be ignored.
@dabbitdabbit Where possible we will source the medication on your prescription, however these can sometimes be unavailable due to shortages on the market. We would notify you of this and provide you with the options available. If you would like us to check stock of an item please DM us. EB
@Pharmacy2U I've just had a flyer through the post for your service. Can I ask what happens if you don't have an item on my prescription? For example recently one local chemist had long term problem stocking an item, whereas another pharmacy could get it.
