Product Update 🎉 How to never forget your team's action items after you did an Agile retrospective? 1. We added a new section to the dashboard so every member of your team won't forget their action items. 2. You can see a new component in the retrospective report on the dashboard to help you visualize your action items' completion. 3. It's not all! If you have uncomplete action items, Neatro will invite you to review these items before starting a new retrospective meeting. Have a great week!
Hello and Happy New Year! 🎉 To welcome 2020 properly, we added 2 new features to Neatro. Role management: You can now easily switch from member to facilitator in the profile details of your team members. New retrospective activity: The Drop Add Keep Improve exercise is good to focus on improvement after several sprints working with the same team. The Neatro team.
Hey Facebook, Here's some good news! We added 3 new features to Neatro. - Multi-team is now available! You can easily create a space for each team you coach. Hit the dropdown on the top left corner and click on the call to action “create team”. How does it work? Long story short: every team has its own dashboard, member list and retrospective reports. A member can join one or more teams if needed. This way, you will always keep your team’s data in the right context. Easy peasy. - Anonymous comments unlocked! Have you ever felt the need to do an anonymous retrospective? Well, if you did, Neatro’s got you cover. We added the possibility to post anonymous comments in every retrospective activity. How does it work? Members and coaches can choose to post their comments anonymously or not, via the dropdown menu before sending it. - Post-activity comments out! Have you ever needed to post comments for a missing team member? Or do you like to do retrospective activities on a whiteboard and then type every comments you wrote on post-it notes in Neatro to create a wonderful report? Well, now you can easily create a retrospective without any team members joining it. Then, enter every comments you collected and assign a member for every comments you wrote. You’ll still be able to create action items for your team members. We hope you will enjoy these new features. Neatro Team
